Life gets busy, I understand that because we have 5 kids in the house, along with making a living, it’s crazy so I need something time manageable I stick to the progressions of the BCB and keep my body in killer shape! For several years I have been asked how I stay in shape it is through maintaining an active lifestyle and conscious eating habits. I am happy to share what these habits look like!
